I remember those! My mom's cousin would give us books every year sometime before Christmas and my sis and I would pour over them, circling the things we wanted. We LOVED it! I think I remember them more from the late 70's.

You might be thinking of Discovery Toys. A woman would come over to your house and show the toys and accessories. They really were great toys.
