BECAUSE ITS THE BEST FRICKIN STORE IN THE WORLD! I LOVE IT AND SPEND ALL MY MONEY THERE....I HATE THAT!
IT MUST BE THAT WAY IN ALL OF THEM. I HAVE 2 IN MY AREA AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOREVER IN LINE.

I don't believe the store is ever that crowded. The problem is they don't have enough staff. I don't think I've seen more than two cashiers at even the busiest time of the year. During homecoming season this past fall they didn't even staff someone to cut the ribbons prior to having to go to the checkout. The only crowds I see are the people waiting to get out. Although I love Hobby Lobby, Michael's is much easier to shop at.
