The model # of the refrigerator is RS259ESDS. I'm looking for a replacement shelf. The shelf is metal/plastic around the edges and the actual shelf part is tempered glass. One of the shelves broke so there is a huge gap between the top shelf and the bottom shelf.

If an older model (1970s?) dorm fridge is transported on its back for 2-4 hours, how long should it stand upright before you plug it in?

What if it was on its back for 12 hours?

Any advice is appreciated.

What are the best D.C. suburbs to live in? I need something with a metro station nearby, lower cost of living if possible, but I also want a nicer area (i.e. lower crime).

A couple weeks ago I saw a mouse run across my apartment kitchen floor. I hate killing animals so I bought a live trap that did not work. I ended up opening my garbage cupboard one morning and the mouse ran out under my feet and I stepped on it and killed it (accidentally). Since then, I cleaned up the poop, and have found MORE! So I went out and bought the plug in sound repellers, but I found mouse poop in my silverware drawer (sick!). I cleaned that out, but this morning I found one more piece of poop. I think I have persistent mice. I have also bleeched my garbage cupboard and taken out the trash twice since then, (a period of 24 hours), yet I still smell mice poop whenever I go near that area of my apartment. I think I have more mice somehow. Please help me...how do I get rid of these mice and keep them away? I live in an apartment on the second (top) floor, if that matters. I also love to clean, so I don't understand why this is happening to me!!! Please help, I'm desparate.

is usually found under bed frames? It's usually used to cover up the space between the bed and the end of the frame. So, if you look up from under your bed, you dont see wood, you see this white material. Any clues anyone? thanks alot. It has the same look as dryer sheets but is stringy.

We renovated our basement and knocked out a wall about 6 months ago. We are finishing the basement and have a ton of dry wall dust in the carpet. We attempted to vacuum it up and ruined 1 vacuum. We are still vacuuming up tons of dust because the air conditioner circulated it throughout the rest of the house. What's the best way to clean up our new basement without ruining another vacuum? (we tried a shopvac and it didn't pick up the fine dust)

I t WAS a new, good quality stainless steel cooking pot. Was heating some oil and it caught fire (luckily no major damage to kitchen). Got off the usual burnt buildup with a steelo pad but walls of pot are blackened - any ideas? Any help much appreciated, thanks!

I have a farm ranch style house in Suffolk county NY, and I'm considering installing a CAC system. The unit is a Ruud (similar to Reem) 13 SEER on one zone... my questions are: If you have this unit, are you happy with it? How much are your electric bills each month? Is it really cost effective to have CAC vs. in wall units? I had asked the installer (a friend) if I could have two zones... as I'm renting the upstairs to a tenant, and don't need to cool the upstairs during work hours... he said it's best just to have one zone, and that I really wouldn't be wasting money cooling all of it vs. some rooms at a time. Any advice would be appreciated.
Forgot to mention... I don't plan on staying in this house more than 6-7 years... and am worried that the cost of installing it wouldn't be worth it. I'm getting it pretty cheap ($6500), but could probably buy 4 in wall units and run them 24/7 for the next 7 years and still not hit the $6500 mark. Any advice??
I should add that the price includes running ducts for all the rooms. The house has no duct work as of yet.
