Try dampening it with ammonia and iron over the spot with a soft cloth. (Carpet cleaners use this so-called "secret ingredient" for removing stains.)

You can't, but you can cover it up. Find a cute applique, or some dye in the same color as the cloth.

hairspray and blot with a clean white towel. The ink will bleed out and you have to blot it.
