I have a saltwater pond right next to the sea and when the level drops in the summer it smells like sewage. I am trying to pump seawater into it right now, but the smell still lingers.

I am looking for a nice comforter that isn't too preppy, but not boyish either. I need light pastel colors and a nice design or solid color.

They're driving me nuts! I've cleared every drop of standing water from the yard ... still they come. We wear repellant, burn mosquito lanterns, etc. Just curious if this recent hot spell would affect them at all.

My bedrooms face the front street, and i would like to have shades that open from the ceiling down not the ground up. The windows are approx. 6 feet in height and I would not like to expose whole rooms to the street.

I thought a condo was a 2+ story highrise like and apartment, only each unit is owned by individuals. Townhomes are multi-unit homes side-by-sidy owned by individuals except they are not highrises.

I put the cycle on 2 times and clothes are still damp.
Put in another load this morning and after a while opened the door to see if it was getting hot and it was barely warm. Hoping it's not a super expensive fix. UGH.

I live on a lake and am tired of all the droppings! They invade the property when I am not there. We have tried firecrackers, dogs, and chasing them away but they return within a few days. I am worried that in the future they may carry 'bird flue'. I want a surefire way to keep them away.

I have a pipe in my kitchen that leads to a second floor radiator...I would love to put a cabinet on that wall, but the pipe is dead center...can it be insulated and worked around? I really have no idea what to do with it, it gets really hot in the winter.
