1. How do you make it grow in a nice long shape? Ours always curl up. Is there any tricks to make it stay straight?
2. 80% of our crop has this bitter taste and we need to get rid of the skin before eating it. What are we doing wrong?

After sanding off the old varnish on a piece of wood furniture, should one use a latex or an acrylic primer and paint? And once painted what is the clear coat called that you use to set the paint and make it chip "proof".

I got blood on a shirt ... and unfortunately, I forgot about it and didn't clean it quickly enough. It has set in pretty badly. I think it may have even been washed and dried once already (I know, stupid!!!)

Any tips on how to get out blood?

The shirt is 100% cotton and is off-white with pink and green (so I haven't wanted to use bleach.)

I have been working with Zout with some success so far, but it is still not as "out" as I want it to be.

have a side by side refigerator, had to have the temp control replaced twice in the first two week of having it, tried to return it (BEWARE! check out the best buy return policy before you purchase anything from them!)anyhow, now 2 years later..i have nearly rebuilt this fridge in repairs, even the repairmen say frigidair sucks, as they are the highest fridge repairs they do, anyhow I digress, the fridge's center bar is extremely hot..as is the side..and the freezer is to warm for ice..and the refigerator is cold..but not cold enough..any idea what the problem is...this time? other than the fact ..its junk?..save your money..NEVER BUY FRIGIDAIR!

Hey, I live in a condo (like apartments, but we own our unit). One of my neighbors has two small dogs, and she takes them out for walks in the parking lot. For some reason they keep doing their business right next to my cars. How do I get the inconsiderate woman to take her dog elsewhere like everyone else does? I am sorely tempted to offer to let my 19 month old do the same thing on their front doorstep!

I've tried to use bait motels, but it's not working. I've avoided using the sprays, due to acrid odors they leave behind, and also because I have 3 cats. I'm really infested with ants up the wazoo. Please help.

I love making mac and cheese, but the real kind with just mac and shredded cheddar cheese. The problem is that the melted cheese makes a mess. Even if soak the pots and plates and untinsels in hot water, they still make a mess of my scrubbies.
