A bidat? Or it could be a enema tube which alot of European families used on the children when they were sick or coming down with a cold. It was a medical flush out that they believed in!

The Japanese have some toilets with the bidet included, that have computer controls for temperature, strength, angle, duration, force, height, warmth of the seat, pulsation, and more, (don't ask!)!
Oh! AND, that provide warm (temperature, direction, strength all are adjustable!), dry, air for drying you off!!!
The rest of us are truely deprived!
