I have 3 kids, I know blood on the clothes, and treatments. Most of the answers posted, won't work on the set in stain. OxyClean stain spray, and then Oxy Clean powder. Follow instructions on bottle and tub. Sometimes for the set in stain you will have to wash 2-3 times. If the stain doesn't come out after 1st 1-2 times, DO NOT put shirt in the dryer!!!!! Let it air dry if you can't re-wash it immediately. If you forget (it happens!) you may have to wash a couple of extra times. If you really love your shirt, it will all be worth it! This has ALWAYS worked for me. Also good on mud, car grease, grass stains, tomato sauce stains, like ketchup and spaghetti sauce. Also, if you live in a humid area, toss some powder in with your towels it really helps with that not-so-fresh smell that sometimes lingers. Good luck!

conceal the stain in peroxide. Then use a pretreater stick on it, let it sit down for awhile (i pick to attend a minimum of in one day. in case you do not wait lengthy adequate, it received't come thoroughly out, and also you should do it back), or per chance a week or longer, and wash it like you regularly may the subsequent time you wash clothing. The stain will come out, no remember how previous it truly is, or what number circumstances it is been by potential of the dryer. Works for me each and each and every time! basic, virtually no time or artwork in touch, and only takes a minute!

This may not work because you have uses a stain treatment, but try hydrogen peroxide.Pour it some over the stain. If there is enough protein left in the stain it will foam where the blood stain is and lift out the stain. If it doesn't foam it won't work.
This works great with fresh blood stains.

Blood is biodegradable, a protein... an enzime remover would work
DIGESTANTS (Biz, Era Plus, Wisk) Also called enzyme cleaners, these detergents contain enzymes that “eat” protein stains, like grass, blood, and egg yolk. Apply directly to damp fabric, or dilute in water, and then soak clothes. Use cold water when treating blood stains. Wool and silk are proteins, so digestants should never be used on these fibers.

Yes, don't wash it in hot water...defiantly do not dry it, that'll cause the stain to set.
You can purchase Oxy-Clean at Wal-Mart or at a Sam's club store...add the correct amount... fill your washer with cold water... let it aigitate for a few minutes...then stop your washer... and let it set over night in the Oxy-Clean...next day let it complete the wash...if the stain remains...do the process all over again...but with a little bit more Oxy-Clean.
This has worked for our family several of times..
Your can purchase Oxy-Clean cheaper at Sam's.
Good-Luck.

Try using peroxide. Pour some on the spot, let it bubble up, then rub it together...keep doing this until it is gone... (My ex's mom use to be a flabotomist and she told me that they use to do that to get blood out of their clothes)...or you can try oxi-clean, put it on the spot, and scrub. An old toothbrush works great when trying to remove spots from laundry(to scrub with).
Good luck! :o)

You're supposed to soak it in COLD water ASAP... never dry it unless the stain came out. You can try oxy clean. If nothing else works, take it to a dry cleaner.

use peroxide, but test it on a portion that doesn't show first. My mom works in hospital and uses it to clean the blood on her lab coat.
