have a side by side refigerator, had to have the temp control replaced twice in the first two week of having it, tried to return it (BEWARE! check out the best buy return policy before you purchase anything from them!)anyhow, now 2 years later..i have nearly rebuilt this fridge in repairs, even the repairmen say frigidair sucks, as they are the highest fridge repairs they do, anyhow I digress, the fridge's center bar is extremely hot..as is the side..and the freezer is to warm for ice..and the refigerator is cold..but not cold enough..any idea what the problem is...this time? other than the fact ..its junk?..save your money..NEVER BUY FRIGIDAIR!

Did the repairman check the defrost thermostats ? They may be staying on too long or not turning off at all. The fridge would run a lot longer than usual trying to counteract this condition.

Dude just because you are a salesman for Circuit City and you only cary the Maytag brand...you should not go online dissing the competition.

I guess you think your boss will give you a raise, right?

WRONG!!! He is too busy trying to get into that hot 19 year old cashier's pants.

Now striaghten up and fly right, son!

Sounds like the thermostat... relatively inexpensive but bothersome
Have you had the compressor replaced? Its more expensive. I understand your frustration but it might be worth buying smaller new model of something other than Frigidaire ... but apparently not Best Buy since it wasn't
