The absolute best way is to pressure wash. You must not be using the right chemicals to clean it with. Try to use a degreaser. My friend gets his from a chemical store but try your local automotive store. He pressure washed my deck, my patio, my fence, and my garage floor. They all look brand spanking new.

Concrete Acid Stain Lowes

You'll need chemicals to go along with your pressure washer. Bleach, Laundry detergent or TSP. Try them one at a time starting with the bleach. There are also products sold at big box stores that claim to be concrete stained removers. I've had pretty good success with them.

Below is a link to Lowes guide which includes specific instructions of the chemicals I mentioned.

Put sand or kitty litter on the oil stain & leave it for a couple days then spray with a 50 / 50 solution of bleach and water and pressure wash.

for Old oil stains it is very hard to remove as the concrete is very absorbent.... try some hard core acid and a hard bristle broom leave for a few minutes then wash off... as acid will also eat concrete.... if still no avail go to the local hardware and buy pavement paint and then is as clean as new
hope that helps

Soak the stains with some type of degreaser for about an hour before pressure washing that should do the trick.

Use Clorox 2 clean-up spray, let it set on the stains for at least a half hour then spray it off with water.
