The trailer and outside spicket are sharing the same tee.
The water pressure is low on trailer and outside spicket when using both. Any ideas? change configuration ?

I recently bought a 1500 sq ft home with a Payne 3.5 ton HVAC unit, about 6 yrs old. I am adding a 600 sq ft addition. I need AC to handle 100+ temps in our southern summers. It is a one story 80-yr old farmhouse, with some vaulted but mostly 8-9 ft ceilings. How can I know if I really need a 2nd unit for the new part, or if the AC guy is just trying to make a sale?

Bought an old house and the basement is nothing more than a full basement with poured foundation, but it's home to 3 - 5 cats and reeks of cat urine.

our air conditioner smell's like a rotten egg (it's like a smell of the heater when the first time you use it , for winter time)when it's start, the smell goes away when its continually running. and its smell again when it kicks back on. these only happen on 1 of 2 units.

what to look for ? and how to fix it ?

do i need a professional ac tech to look at it.

I would like to know how to process pecans once they have fallen off the tree. I've had this tree for about 11 years and it finally gave us the first pecans last fall / winter. When we tried to open them, the nut would stick to the shell and came out in tiny pieces. I wonder if there is a process, such as heating them or something, to make the nut come out in one piece. Some people told me to put them in the sun for several days before cracking them open, but it wasn't as effective as I thought it would be. Can anybody help? Thanks.

My garbage disposal drain smells horrible. No matter what I try it still smells funny. I've tried putting bleach down the drain and letting it set (well, as best as it can...I realize it's a liquid and most goes down the drain). What techniques do you use?

I just found a large brown spider in my husband's office. It came out of the leg of his drafting table that does not have a cap. Also I am finding many small spiders about the size of the head of a pin. I really appreciate your help. Thanks
