in communities where water is scarce it would be nice to recommend watering their plants with used household water, but would it kill them in the long run?

I have what look like dry brown patches in my front lawn. They seem to be moist enough. Where the lawn disappears weeds grow. Can the areas be tilled and seeded with a fescue seed?

We have zoysia in our front yard. Last year, we noticed a spot that was dieing and becoming bare. We "plugged" the area and the plugs are green and growing but has not spread (over the bare patches) like zoysia usually does. Now we have a huge brown dead/bare spot in our front yard, spreading like a fungus. What should we do?

We recently loaded the dishwasher and went on a week long vacation. We never turned the dishwasher on so the dishes just sat there. We are good about rinsing plates off before we put them in the dishwasher and this dishwasher is part of our new home, so we were wondering...what would have caused mold to get all over one single plate. It was the only tupperware plate in there and we were wondering if it could have been because it was wet.

I went to plug in my night light and dicscovered that my plugs in both bathrooms have no power yet everything else is in fine working order. I checked my fuse box and everthing is on. I turned them off hoping that might reset them but they remain powerless.
