Check E-Bay - I've seen some listed there, particularly what is referred to as "redwork".

Try Walmart.

My mother used to make her own. She would get some good quality cotton, carbon paper and a coloring book with fairly large pictures. She would put the carbon on the cotton and trace around the picture. I still have the one she did of Noah's ark for my oldest son.

Try google-- I have gotten a catalogue that escapes me at the moment-- they have several styles-- also Clotilde catalogue did have some-- and they are online-- check fabric places-- they usually are needlewomen, too-- and may remember the catalogue-- I wish I could remember that catalogue!
