It discolored (bleached) the concrete floor- I was wondering if this could have been something dangerous that I should be worried about???

I know what it was, it shouldn't harm anything but kids take and mix toilet cleaner with aluminum foil in a plastic container, close the lid and shake and throw it. It'll blow up, nothing to dangerous although i'm sure you dont need the mess or possibly toilet cleaner taking the wax off your car

yes, do not handle the bottle , the liquid inside will burn you, also do not breathe the fumes(if any) coming out of the bottle, it could be toxic. this is a crude but effective pressure bomb, if used correctly could cause lots of damage/noise. call the police, maybe they can get finger prints.

man I hope you dont have any enemies. I would be sure to keep an eye out for strange people around your house or slow cars driving by.
