I'm getting ready to strip off 3 layers of asphalt shingles from my 1957 Portland, Oregon home. The sheathing is 1x6 T&G. Do I need to cover this with another layer of sheathing like plywood, or can I keep the 1x6 as the base sheathing?

I have an issue with my Zinnias, a grayish brown discoloration. It seems more brown than what I have seen mold described as. It is on the leaves starting at the tips and working its way in. One plant is really bad but it seems to be spreading.

In NY state, do you need to have an underwriter certificate (for electrical work primarily) when buying or selling a house? We don't have one in our files from the previous owners. I've tried Googling but no luck.

I saw one in IKEA once.. Kicking myself now for not buying it then!! grrr.. It MAY be this one although I thought I remembered it bigger - http://www.ikea.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?topcategoryId=15553&catalogId=10103&storeId=12&productId=32459&langId=-1&categoryId=16074&chosenPartNumber=50073895

Even if it was that one - its out of stock now both online AND in the store..

Please does anyone know specifically where I can get one.. Don't say EBAY I know and I tried.

Our garage is 10 ft. x 22 ft. How many square feet is that? 220 square feet?

We want to put 12x12in. garage tiles on the floor. I need to know how many square tiles can fit on our garage floor, given the above dimensions.

Thanks!

We have propped up the branches, pared down some fruit, and are considering pruning some branches. We just want to do what is best for the tree. It is only 3 years old, so I'm wondering if the tree is too young to support so much fruit.

Thanks

This is to give privacy to a 91 year old that will be living in my living room. We are not looking for total privacy, but something that will let light in but you cannot see through.
