Are the supports (poles) in the ground? One way would be to build a frame on the bottom of the poles to give support and strength to the bottom. then dig up the supports, if buried. When free jack up and place (lower) on large furniture movers or skids that are capable of supporting the weight and then lower frame you have built and attached to the pole barn onto your movers. Use heavy chain to attach to a truck then slowly pull to your new location. reverse this process to set the barn in its new location. Have a builder verify that you have a strong enough temporary frame to support the barn when lifting and pulling. Be careful. especially if ground is not hard.

If you have a floor?-- I had a shed moved this year-- they took 4 inch PVC pipe under the skids and rolled it! I was amazed!
good luck

You will have to take it apart, at least to the point where the frame can be moved to the new location, then reassemble.
