I am moving into a new house with granite counter tops and I'm not sure what cleaner to use.

we use windex on our granite tops, works great......but make sure ur tops have been sealed by installer....

They make a special cleaner for granite.

Window cleaner works the best. There is no need to buy the special cleaners and spend all the money. Most window cleaners have a small amount of ammonia, it cleans and shines them.

I would use a multi-purpose cleaner that works on windows

Use scratchless scrubber pads. Scott makes them I think. Theyre blue.
Dont use anything abrasive, either. Glass cleaner might do it, also using lysol to disinfect.
