my mom told me that her period came when she was 13...and right now, im 12 and a half....my boobs started to grow like.....well i forgot...but it was way back about 1-2 years ago...and they're starting to fill up...(but sometimes, its still a bit pointy. although they've grown alot lately).pubic hair started to grow around a year ago i think...maybe less...and im not really sure what you guys mean about "discharge"....i donno if i get dishcharge...i dont see it on my underwear...but sometimes, when i wipe, i see some clear thing thats like slime....is that discharge?
and how far away am i from my period?
please help me ;)

I wrote into the expert thing and she wrote me back about vitex....this is what she said Many women find it difficult to regain normal menstrual cycles after Depo or other birth control methods. Taking Vitex often helps with this. The usual recommendation is to take the herb for 3-6 full normal cycles. Sometimes normal cycles are established sooner, that varies according to other treatments, how long the woman was on the contraceptive, and overall health. It's hard to predict how quickly it will work as a permanent solution. Once it's working, most women find that they do not have to start the herb again; if that occurs, that's the time to stop self-treating and seeking out a knowledgeable professional. Some women do continue to take it for other reasons, which is fine. If you do find out you are pregnant, however, make sure you discontinue taking vitex, as it is contraindicated unless there is a specific medical reason.

In the past few days I've been having weird pain, somewhat like menstrual cramps, but I just had my period so it's definitely not that. I know I prob am ovulating soon, but I've had my period for years and have never had much pain when that occurs. I'm on the pill right now and have been for 2 years, but I did just change brands. I'm not really sure that would effect it however... anyone know what it could be?

It's mostly on my right side, but sometimes spreads to my whole abdomen area... Thanks!!!

I thought I had a yeast infection and have been curing it with the cream, but now my discharge is yellow green, but not really any odor... also itchy down there and burning. Please don't respond that one of us cheats cause I know for a fact we do not, plus we always use condoms. Can any other infection give a yellow or greenish tinted discharge. It has only been after I started treating with yeast cream that it seems to have gotten colored. I am freaking out now, and cannot get into the doc for 2 days. I have had 2 kids within 2 yrs so I know I was tested for this type of stuff then.

I just came back to college from home. And I forgot to bring my birth control pills with me. becasue i can only get one pack per month from my pharmacy, I won't be able to finish the rest of the pills for this month. The thing is that I won't be having sex for the rest of this month. But I did it when I was back home like a few days ago (when i was still taking the pill regularly). What would happen?

I am using baby wipes to wipe down there to get refreshed if you know what i mean, i know there are alot of products for that right now like playtex has some, but i thought unscented baby wipes would be the best way to go, what do you girls think?

I just joined a gym a month. I attend the gym everyday for 1.5 hours. Doing 1 hour of various cardio and upper and lower body training (alt days) Only thing is i gained about 5 pounds and little muscle. I am doing something wrong.

okay i have ALOT of questions!!
1. i absolutely HATE pads!! they make me feel sooo gross!! ive been having a period since april of 2006.. how exactly do i ask my mom to let me start using tampons?? i know how to insert them.. i never have but im 100% sure that i know how.. i guess it just comes natural =))

2. how long do you leave it in there? and is it hard to get out?

3. if you pull hard enough and it wont come out.. can the string come off of it so that only the tampon is in there? if so.. what can i do to get it out??

4. what exactly is TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome).. how likley is it to get? what are the syptoms? how do you know if you have it? what causes it?

5. Can i flush them down the toilet?

6. Do they hurt?

I am 32 weeks pregnant and have been on antibiotics as I had a cervical infection. I started on IV antibiotics and now out of hospital I am on Oral ones. However since leaving hospital i've found I have thrush. NOT oral. Is this caused by the medicine i'm taking? and can i use normal treatment to get rid of it while i'm pregnant?

Okay,
Before now the last period I had was on October 18th. I was confirmed by my gyno that I was not pregnant. Finally on January 1st I was visited by my FRIEND. I have had my friend for 15 days and counting. Now I used to be on Yasmin birthcontrol for like 2 years but I quit taking that in July. I just want to know what might be going on. I don't have insurance and the last visit to the gyno costed like $200. Some people say it may be a tubal preg. but I have only had a few days with very mild cramps. Also this is not normal for me at all. Before I started bc my friend visits were as predictable as they were with the bc. Please help!!!
