If youre a bit further along, they can give you some drugs to start your labor and you will give birth to a dead premature fetus. In a partial birth abortion, the doctors insert a metal rod through the skull killing the fetus. A vacuum hose is then literally inserted into the vagina and the fetus us sucked out if the womb.

They crush the skull of the fetus and then vaccum it out, I believe.
