and one thing..i am using diane now.. i wanted to shift to althea with same content (generic name).. how to start on the 2nd pill? or is it ok to shift to yasmin (diff content)?

My cousin had a stroke at age 23 because she smoked and took birth control. I do not know the exact medical reason but its not a good idea to smoke and take the pill.

Because it causes blood clots. I would get the advise of your Doctor before changing any kind of pills.

cause cigarettes are all chemicals, and mixing the cigarettes' chemicals with the medicine's chemicals = bad idea
