Women's Health - January 2007

I have 4 kid's and still have some baby fat left after 6 yrs.I want to lose at least 30 lbs and get in shape.Is there an effective way to do so? Tell me your story and ways it has helped you. I'm 203 and I want to get down to atleast 160-170.Now if I lose more I'll be happy about that too.

My wife has a nerve cluster in one of her breast. She won't let me touch it since it causes her pain when I touch it and now she won't let me touch either one. The doctor says it doesn't need be removed since it won't cause any complication in the long run. Having this problem, I'm forced to go without the boobs. I've asked the wife to get this fixed but she doesn't want surgery either. I hate to have anyone get surgery but I like boobs more than anything in life. Has anyone gotten around this issues? It doesn't have to be boob. Maybe someone has similar issue with different circumstances. If so, how are you handling it?

especially for older women- I am 46 and still have regular periods but now, i start, have a normal flow for two days , it goes away, then come back for another 2 days. it's really weird.
plus, for the past year, I have started having swollen, painful breasts and that used to never happen. am i starting the periomenapause?

ok ladies how in the world do you handle pms? i am open to different strategies. i have severe pms that just seems to be getting worse.. i try to take a bath,take time for myself,relax go for walks even tried the counting in my head to calm myself when i get irratated.. what are some of your pms relieveing techniques?? thanks in advance for any answers

I'm 20 and for about a year I have noticed these little bumps on my breasts (one or two) but they disappear and reappear and my mom doesn't think it's breast cancer or anything serious. I also once heard that it was because of hormones. Is there anyone else who has/or have had this or is a doctor and knows what it is? I don't think it's too serious myself, I mean, I don't think breast cancer bumps disappear but I just want to make sure that it isn't or at least find out what it is and if there are any solutions to treat it. No I'm not pregnant because I havent had sex since June. My doc gave me a pill to take but it made me sick, however it did cause my period to come and the last month I got it was in November. Now it's disappeared again, does anyone know what could be wrong? I'm 26 by the way.. and not having sex.. I'm starting to wonder if it's a hormone imbalance?

I think I might be pregnant. However, what are most likely the symptoms, I mean I know what they are but, I'm usually feeling nausiated I don't feel like eating much, I get somewhat dizzy, when I walk it hurts like every step I give is been going on for about 2-3 days my last period was around dec 20 or so. The day I had sexual intercourse was on jan 7 and on jan 9. Now im just I guessing what is all this hurt from and feeling funny like? I have back pain all of a sudden but it fades.

Just wondering, I have been noticing I've been wearing more revealing clothing around the time before my period. My best friend is a guy, and he doesn't say anything, but I can tell he's sort of 'noticing' me... I had a baby 18 months ago, and I am still struggling with the stretchy baby gut. I swear every other mother that I meet with a child the same age looks fabulous..... I feel like I am the only one out there that looks like this! Its only the stomach! HELP PLEASE! Any advice is appreciated! (P.S. I am a very very picky eater, so that makes it twice as hard)

So last night my bf had sex with me. It was my first time, and it was so ...last minute, (sudden) we didn't use a condom. He didn't "come" (sperm) into me. He pulled out. Then earlier today we did it again, except this time, he did use a condom.. I know this sounds stupid but I'm new to all this.. and i think he poped me. I couldn't really tell though because last night, i wasn't bleeding and today i wasn't either. Just like.. discharge? afterwards.

So I came home, showered but while I was in the shower, it was like umm.. (hard to explain) somewhat a little bloody with like little pieces of skin, maybe? I don't know.

My question is, did he pop me?
