especially for older women- I am 46 and still have regular periods but now, i start, have a normal flow for two days , it goes away, then come back for another 2 days. it's really weird.
plus, for the past year, I have started having swollen, painful breasts and that used to never happen. am i starting the periomenapause?

You probably are, but should check with your doctor. I am 41 and am having a lot of the same issues, my doctor has told me I am starting menopause.

your dr can do a blood test and that will be able to tell if you are or not.
