i'm sure they can go as big as you choose to pay for.... depends if you want to look like Barbie and suffer all kinds of toxic side-effects as the years unfold.

From experience don't go any bigger than a C. Mine are God given and they are a burden.DD.Back pain is a big issue. That and they don't make clothing for woman that fit properly if your small with a big chest.
