I have 4 kid's and still have some baby fat left after 6 yrs.I want to lose at least 30 lbs and get in shape.Is there an effective way to do so? Tell me your story and ways it has helped you. I'm 203 and I want to get down to atleast 160-170.Now if I lose more I'll be happy about that too.

I was on this weight management prog abt 7mths ago. Diet and exercise is the most important factors. If you're considering about pills, i guess it might help initially. Once u stop e pills, your weight may rebounce back. Reason being, you were reliant on e pill, yet still eating as per normal. Once u're off it, your diet hasn't change, your wt goes back. Its important to have enough fruit and vegs in your meal. Have more meals, not more servings!! Get a pedometer, walk at least 10000 steps a day, you should be on your way!!! =) Good Luck!!

NO thats unhealthy try: -The only thing you can drinkis water (take your weight and divide it by 2 that is how many onces you have to drink) -Exercise at leats 30 mins a day -No candy, sweets or soda etc. -No alcohol -Eat at least 500 calories less each day than the amount of calories required to maintain your weight -Eat less than 20 carbs a day but dont conpletely cut them out as they are important -NEVER starve your self. If you do your body will go into starvation mode and anything you eat will go straight to fat instead to being digested like it normally would -If you eat grain eat whole grain hope this helps:)
