Well, how long do the cheap ones last?

Check out "Good Vibrations", the have a great selection.
When you go to a store that carries vibrators, they will let you turn them on to see about noise level. Vibrators don't make noise, except some humming / vibrating noise. :)
I would get a higher quality one, they last longer.
A good vibrator should last you 10 years, depending on use of course. :)

Come On. The cheap ones suck. They don't last very long. Put some money aside and invest in a good one. You need one that does more than vibrate but that moves too. Trust me, your loved one will be happy.

Even the cheap ones are no louder than like a cell phone on vibrate, maybe a LITTLE louder, but not like so you can hear them in the next room.
