I know its not a yeast infection so what could it be? An allergic reaction the condoms or lube maybe?

When i say more than usual i mean initial penetration almost always hurts.. and than it is replaced with bliss:) Its like a sharp ripping pain.

An allergic reaction to the condoms or lube is possible (I remember one lube my husband and I tried that burned). Have you been trying new positions? It's possible he's just going in at the wrong angle, which can be quite painful, particularly if he's large. I noticed you said more than usual--it's not supposed to hurt at all. It's possible you guys aren't doing something right, or that he's simply too big for you.

You probably arent lubricated enough. That happens so me too. Just make sure you use some kind of water based lube or you might end up getting a UTI which is NOT fun.

I'd talk to a doctor to make sure, it could be an over-growth of the natural bacteria in your body.. the best advice is talk to your doctor, though.

You might actually still have part of your hymen intact. Just because you've had sex, doesn't mean its ripped all the way.
If it keeps hurting, i would see a doctor.

Maybe a urinary tract infection?Try drinking some cranberry juice for a couple days,maybe it will help.

could be a variety of things.
how long has it been since your last pap smear?

Could it be because you weren't "ready" or are you tense?
