I think you will get many answers to this one.

I am currently taking GNC for Women-Energy with Calcium.

It gives me the energy I need to get thru the day. Always go for a time released vitamin so that it helps you get thru the day and not just the first part of the day.

I have also used Kirkland's Energy multi-vitamin packs. These are really good as well.

I also prefer to change my vitamins when I am done with one. So I switch off between these two.

You can always experiment.

Mostly all women's multivitamins have extra calcium in them. If you need extra calcium to prevent osteoporosis, you need to get a separate supplement--usually Calcium 600 with Vitamin D. These are normally taken 2-3 times per day. You can talk to your doctor or pharmacist about what is best for you.

First of all do not get calcium supplements that contain calcium carbonate ,such as TUMS. All that is is flavored chalk (literally). And the body does not absorb it. You need either calcium gluconate, calcium citrate or calcium lactate and always take it with a vitamin D supplement. Vitamin D helps the body to absorb more of the calcium.
