Breast implants, saline, do they effect your mental state after 10 yrs? What r the side effects?

I have not seen them effect one's mental state.
I have however seen woman whose bodies "just" started to reject them as the tissues were breaking down.

Saline is basically sterile water with a small amount of salt in it, therefore it's harmless. It's the same stuff used in I.V. infusions, washing contact lenses and nasal irrigation.

As for the actual implant itself, it's made of a surgical plastic so that too is perfectly safe, or should be.
