Yes it's safe as long as your dr says it's okay. My dr. told me when I was overdue with my son, to have sex the testosrone helps to inicate labor..But I was like the size of a house so I wouldn't let my ex husband touch me with a ten foot pole lol

Yes, up until the end of the pregnancy when it might be dangerous for the baby. It would be best to ask a doctor when to stop having sex.
