I have two family members who are in serious need of rehab. The two problems that I have are:
a. Money is definately an issue.
b. They are not willing to seek help.

Crack is the drug of choice for both people and many lives are being destroyed because of it. I need to know if there is anything I can do because of their unwillingness. And also where I can go for help.

Thank you in advanced.

I've been taking a brand name medication and a generic has become available recently. I got the generic and it does not work as well. I KNOW they are supposed to be the same in all ways, but it's not.

Will a pharmacy in the US take back the unused generic Rx so i can have the brand name again?

I just recently heard about this medication. A friends son is taking it to help with his asperger's syndrome and she feels it has helped him a lot. Has anyone else had any experience (positive or negative) with this drug? When did it become FDA approved?

This may seem stupid but I just cried for 25 minutes straight and I felt light headed during it and afterwards. It felt like my chest was getting smaller and I kept gasping for air. My body felt weight-less also. I gagged for a bit too. Would I have died if I kept crying or would I have just fainted?

Years ago, I heard of a woman who cried herself to death. Is that possible?

I keep having the strangest symptoms and need to get checked but I was wondering what type of test (blood, urine, colonoscopy) they do to find out if you have Ulcertive Coltis or IBS. Anyone know?

Are mega doses of Vitamin C, that is 1,000 or 2,000 mg daily, helpful or harmful? A Botox doctor said, one should take this much Vitamin C daily at any age because it aids in young skin.

I've of course heard of twins that were stuck together before. Whether its the head, waist, or they both share a body. But has there ever been a record of a twin that stopped seperating directly in the middle. Like there is a single body and a single head. But they are somehow seperated so that there are seperate brains to,....uhh I cant explain it but if you know what i mean pllzzzz help...

A co-worker of mine went to Hawaii for vacation and got a serious sunburn on his feet, due to medication he was taking, which made him very sensitive to the sun. When he complained to his doctor, she told him that he should have researched his medication on the Internet - that it was buyer beware and she had no responsibility to tell him about the side effects of his medication. He had also told her that he was going to Hawaii and she said she didn't know he would be going out into the sun. He keeps her as his doctor because she is supposed to be “the best in her area of expertise” in the area.
Do you think the doctor has a responsibility to let her patient know about possible side-effects of medication that he/she prescribes? How much responsibility rests on the patient now that the Internet offers all of the world’s knowledge at our fingertips?
