The only way they can do that is if you are their patient. I got tired of talking to my doctor every month about my prescriptions so I went on walmart.com and set up a pharmacy account. Now I can go to this website and order my prescriptions every month online, then pick them up at the store. You can even chose the time when you want to pick up the prescription. I like doing it this way because I don't have to talk to my doctor every time I need my prescriptions refilled. If it's just a one time prescription and you don't feel like doing this, your doctor might be able to call the prescription in for you, my doctor has done it for me before.

You will be hard pressed to find a doctor willing to call in a prescription for a patient they have never treated.

Unless you are the doctor's patient, then he would not call you in a prescription.

It is possible, but doubtful. I guess it kind of depends on how much of a charmer you are. But then it also depends on the medication, state-laws, etc. If it is a controlled substance, it just aint gonna happen, unless you happen to find a doctor who is also a criminal... ;-)

if you have a refill for a perscription and have run out and cannot get an appoint quickly then he can call in a refill but a new prescription.
