I heard a lady died from drinking to much h2o and her body expanded, and died somehow can this really happened?

Yes. it's called overhydration. your body can't eliminate the water fast enough, and it cuases severe swelling to the point of death

Yes, too much water can kill you. It is called overhydration. Usually you die because other minerals and electrolytes in your body become so diluted that they no longer serve their function and your body essentially shuts down.

Yes.When you drink to much water your blood vessels swell up,and as they move through your veins,arteries and capillaries,they can rupture so you drown to death in your own blood.

yes.. that is exactly why people OD on ecstasy... see it makes them thirsty so the OD on water... strange huh...

no b/c u probably read it somewhere and it's probably fiction and it's ok to drinks water but not to much of it in one day
