Does anyone have any experience with Omacor and asperger's?

I just recently heard about this medication. A friends son is taking it to help with his asperger's syndrome and she feels it has helped him a lot. Has anyone else had any experience (positive or negative) with this drug? When did it become FDA approved?

omacor is what hubby takes for chorlestral problems and it helps him and keeps it at bay I dont' know when it was aproved but good for him and does great.
