no. the only contriceptive you can get over the counter is the morning after pill. you have to go to a GYN or the health dept. at the health dept it would be free until your 20, and your parents dont have to kno. atleast thats what it is at my local health dept. idk how it would be at yours. it doesnt hurt to try. =D

Only condoms. But you can go to a Planned Parenthood and there will be a little bit cheaper price rather than prescription but you will still need a yearly exam.
