Like when an eyelash or dust or something goes into my eye it usually moves down to the bottom of my eyeball underneath my lower eyelid. Where do these things go? Do they roll back into the back of your eyeball and accumulate there?

I never use to have a problem presenting things in front of a class and thinking on my feet to answer questions but during my junior and senior year I started having trouble speaking in front of my peers and answering questions where I was forced to think quickly. In my mind sure I'm a little nervous just like everyone is before talking in front of thier peers but I am not to worried. Physically before I do to deliver presentations my heart all of a sudden starts beating reall hard and fast and I sweat and stutter a lot and cannot clearly present myself. It's pretty bad. In my mind I am fine but then physically I am a mess and that causes to me f*ck up. I am really worried about this problem because I need to be rid this before college next year. Any advice?

I am at my wits end, my husband snores incessantly, on his stomach, back, side. Nothing seems to help. Does anyone know of any home remedies or anything that has worked for them? Product recommendations would be great. Ear plugs aren't an option, I have a little one I need to hear wake up during the night.

The father of my 4 yr old child has recently hit rock bottom....He had to move cuz parents sold house, he lost his job, he was living in his car until someone called the police and had it towed away because he never registered it in his name.....My daughter loves her daddy, but he needs help. He wouldn't be in this situation if he was clean.....( atleast i hope he wouldn't) He's willing to go into a program...But obviously can't afford one... So I was wondering if there are any programs that are free...or payed by state... or something...Can anyone help ?

Since i gave birth to my son a year ago i have had a closet pain pill addiction. It started after i had my c-section and then a few weeks later i had my wisdom teeth pulled so it was like 2 months straight on pain medication. When i went back to work for my dad i started taking his pain medication. He 71 with many health problems and he gets so many pain pills that he never noticed that i was taking them.Everyday before i would come into work i would tell myself that i would not take any, but everyday i would end up taking some. I knew i had a problem but did not realize the problem was so bad until my dad went into the hospital and He took his medication with him and i was unable to get to it. I went through serious withdrawals and i realized that this needed to stop. When he got out of the hospital i went right back to then meds. I finally told my husband and he and i are trying to beat this together.other than rehab, any advice?

I know it takes me a week or so to get used to the change each year. I can feel the stress on my body. What kind of negative effects does the change have on people, and why can't we just spring ahead and keep it that way?

My life is high stress right now but it has calmed down a little recently, but I'm finding I'm having these really really really realistic and vivid dreams, often right before I wake up or if I hit the snooze and go back to sleep. These dreams are always high high stress, and I feel like it's affecting my sleep quality. I wake up with my heart racing or with the muscles clenched, often I wake up with my hands and feet asleep. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

Just over two years ago my family and I found a link between my migraines and me eating cheese, red grapes and caffeine. I cut them out of my diet straight away (after keeping a diet diary of what I had eaten and when I got unwell). Over the coming months the number of migraines decreased substantially, so much that I have only had 2 in the past 12 months.
I was just wondering, is it possible, because I haven't had the intolerances all my life, that they could stem from steroids (prednisolone) or other drugs that I took while receiving treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic Leaukeamia?
