Yes
I think theres a medical prodecure which involves realigning the spine more correctly. Consider calling a chiropractor and asking him.
Everynight you get taller while you sleep. Your body is relaxing itself to its natural height, but during the day this extra height is again decreased due to gravity's effect.
Correct posture can add to height if continually practiced. Its important to sleep completely flat and straight as well.

It pretty much depends on your family history. I am 26 and am 5'11". I grew an extra inch between 20 and 22, but my family has very strong genes for height. My 12 year old nephew is taller than me already.
But if you have family members that stopped growing before the age of 21 then chances are you probably wont grow anymore

It is possible, but not very likely. It depends mainly on if you are male or female, and on family history. Women tend to stop growing anywhere from 14-sometimes 22 (rare cases) because of their period. Men tend to grow later than women, sometimes to age 25, also, very rare. Your family history is your best bet to determine if you will grow taller. For a girl, calculate your parents averages in height and it should be around there, give or take a few inches. Men tend to follow male relatives. For guys, calculate the average of your father and grandfathers' heights. they also have a procedure of injecting growth hormones into the pituitary gland, but it's meant for people who are really vertically challenged. Remember to eat/drink the daily dose of calcium for your age to prevent osteoporosis. I know of a few cases of women who grew an inch after taking Geritol, a high potency multi-Vitamin & Iron supplement, but I think it is more from just the taking the vitamins fact. If worse comes to worse shoe companies make high heels and raised tennis and dress shoes for men and women.

Nope. You're done growing at 21. And there is NOTHING that is going to make you grow. No pills, no devices, exercises, stretches....nothing.

Not likely. After puberty, your pretty much right where you going to be.
Until you get old....at which time you'll start shrinking!
Point is, enjoy it while you can.

I think it is nearly impossible, but you could try with swimming or stretching. Don't over do it though.
