Try changing your pillows and mattress. Over time they accumulate dust and allergens that could be the source of your problem. Also try to go to sleep better hydrated and avoid dairy products before bed time as they increase mucous formation. Another approach would be to increase circulation to your room and or air filtration.

There are a few things you can do to help.

~Make sure you dust the bedroom frequently.
~Invest in a high quality mattress cover, preferrably one that is washable.
~Try a nasal spray called Simply Saline (It is just saline, but it is canned and therefore easier to use. Once you get the hang of it you can use it to help keep the sinuses clear.)
~Look into an air purifier, and possibly a humidifier. (The first will reduce allergens, the latter will help keep the mucus membranes moist)
~Consider getting new pillows. If your pillows are older, they probably have dust and allergens in them.
~Drink lots of water. This will help keep your body hydrated and better able to handle dust.

I hope this helps. Good luck.
