after wearing heels for a long time. i notice for like 2 to 3 days after one or two toes on my right foot tingle. anyone else have this happen. i just let it pass. any suggestions on dealing or preventing it. i massage my feet and it helps.

your toes/foot may be too cramped and this is reducing the circulation in your toes. Try squarer shape toes or longer pointed shoes to allow the circulation to flow better.

I work for a podiatrist and he told me that high heels are the worst kind of shoe for your feet. He suggests alternating between high heels and flats so that you don't end up developing bunions or other toe deformities. As far as the tingling in your toes, you should see your doctor about this and get his opinion. You might have some nerve damage.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Try out some home remedies. there are cosmetics to help you with that (creams, and so on)
other thing is that in future you may want to get some pads (made for your toes) so that you will not have the same thing again!!!

ur cutting off ur circulation from squeezing your toes....wear more cozy shoes
