I have a lump in the tip of my tounge. I dont smoke, dip , drink nothing and it is really sore

It could be a canker sore. I don't do any of those things either, but from time to time, I get a sore. I could be from you eating something that was too salty or to acidic for you body to handle at that time. If you are just getting over being sick, that could have been the reason too.
Oragel will help with the pain if you have any.

Id' go see a doctor.
I looked it up in my hypochondria's handbook (Symptoms, illness & Surgery) and it says it could be a benign tumour.
