I know it takes me a week or so to get used to the change each year. I can feel the stress on my body. What kind of negative effects does the change have on people, and why can't we just spring ahead and keep it that way?

I disagree with any doctor that says daylights saving doesn't have an effect on the body.

Personally effects me terribly and I agree I wish we would stop spring forward and falling back. In my opinion most people get irritated, grouchy,stressed etc. When we change times, it's due to the body having to readjust to the different times. It should only last a few days.

Psychiatrists say no.Doctors say no too.So dont worry.Time has nothing to do with health.They say
