Like when an eyelash or dust or something goes into my eye it usually moves down to the bottom of my eyeball underneath my lower eyelid. Where do these things go? Do they roll back into the back of your eyeball and accumulate there?

I have wondered the same thing. I have very long hair, and once I saw a small hair in my eye. I started pulling and I could feel the hair tickling behind my eye. It was over a foot long and I caught it in the last quarter of an inch. I am hoping that small things like dust and eye lashes are flushed out with tears, and that this was an isolated incident.

*Now that I think about it, I think that is what sleep (as in sandman dust, or 'you have sleep in your eyes') is.
