I'm out of work at the moment, and although I feel that I can be more relaxed about my daily routine, I think that I am being TOO relaxed - in fact I'm not even sure that relaxed is the right word, it's more Disorganised.
I'm not sleeping right - going to bed late, sleeping untill the afternoon, and I'm not eating right - over the past couple of days I seem to have had only one main meal late in the afternoon, and the rest of the time I just snack - on complete crap. I know this is not healthy but I just don't seem to have the motivation to change.
