I am just wondering about this because I know we need sunlight to manufacture Vitamin D.

Well,it depends how powerful the sun is at the time.It may be sunny but it doesn't always mean the sun is at its greatest.Going outside on a sunny day might help you better.

Yes and No, it depends on the time of day . . . but you should try going outside every now and then if at all possible.

you could but some of the nutrients would be blocked... just go outside for a walk or something durrr

I dunno what Eskimoes do or how they survived so long what with 6months Sunlight and 6 in darkness. Maybe if you eat baby seals and whales it helps.
