How do I balance a pitta constitution?

I am basically a pitta constitution and want to know what things I can do to help balance that. Is there anything I can get from my local grocery w/out having to get things directly from India?

After Googling to see what a Pitta Constitution is, I think I learned I am identical to the description.

But I have lived 65 years with it and have never needed a special anything.
