I've thought about it awhile, and I think the first step for anyone is to make the most of your own body, meaning to be as healthy as possible. This sounds easy, but I'm not getting very far. I'm in good health, I weigh about 135 lbs and am about 5'9" tall (i'm a girl). However, I known I'm not in the best shape possible. I work about once to twice a week, and try to do push-ups/crunches every other night or so. I tend to snack a lot/eat junk food, but it doesn't seem to affect my weight a whole lot. I know it sounds as though I'm doing pretty well, but does anyone have suggestions for smaller, attainable goals that could help me get in even better health?
