The main symptom of appendicitis is abdominal pain. The pain is at first diffuse and poorly localized, that is, not confined to one spot. (Poorly localized pain is typical whenever a problem is confined to the small intestine or colon, including the appendix.) The pain is so difficult to pinpoint that when asked to point to the area of the pain, most people indicate the location of the pain with a circular motion of their hand around the central part of their abdomen. A second, common, early symptom of appendicitis is loss of appetite which may progress to nausea and even vomiting. Nausea and vomiting also may occur later due to intestinal obstruction.
There really isn't any such thing as "ink poisoning" from a tattoo -- well, not if you went to a reputable or licensed artist using specially made tattoo ink, which is designed to go in the skin and is not toxic.
You could, however, still have an allergic reaction to the ink or get an infection.
I think it could be the first one, listen, do not WAIT, go to the emergency room, if you appendix burst, you can poison yourself and could die from it. Take care of this ASAP!

It sounds like maybe a hernia or irritable bowel syndrome. I have IBS and it sounds like similar symptoms I experienced before getting treatment. I also happen to have several (large) tattoos and do not believe this could have anything to do with the ink used. The ink would have to have sunken into your blood system and I don't think that's possible without you knowing as the tattoo artist was doing the tattoo. Talk to you dr.

Would definitely check with your doctor if it a) is still occurring or b) recurs. Sounds to me like gas pains in your intestine. They can be incredibly painful and in weird places, and can cause the feeling of a solid substance below the skin. Try going to the bathroom and relaxing to see if you can get rid of any air. You can get gas like this from taking in too much air when you talk/breath/eat/chew gum. Maybe you were hyperventilating or swallowing air when you were getting tattoo? Just a thought! Good luck.

appendicitis will be sharp pains in your right side, but your appendix is the size of about two of your fingers, shouldn't make your guts go hard. Call a doctor!

Try and lay down and do a kind of crunch... put your hand directly under ur chest bone push down...then move ur way down pushing down (gently).
If you feel a hard lump you may have a Hiatal Hernia
GO TO THE DR IMMEDIATLY
