nope you should do the opposite...make sure you drink alot and eat some...don't just fast...your body need nutrients and it can't get all the nutrients it needs from just liquids..eat and drink non acidic things...and if it's low grade with no other symptoms you may not even be getting sick..take some vitamins as well..(vitamin C and zinc)
