stomach is the battery supplying energy to the body.. you can not be casually asking question in this columns on this... you are already losing weight due to lack of adequate nutrition... either you eat too less or you digest poorly... The suggestion of ulcer or hyper acidity is quite probable... If you take early action, you will have no complication and get an early cure...

The suggestion to take apples is also very good... fruits supply pre digest food as it were and are also friendly on stomach... water therapy (taking six cups of water first thing in the morning) etc are also other good suggestions your friends may give..

People with frequent stomach upsets or having to take acidic tablets for some complaint are usually advised to keep tablet Ranitidine 150mg handy to take after food... avoid spicy and hot stuff...

As you say that you are already underweight, you better take some rigorous allopathic treatment before you get very weak... you will be alright after a brief course of treatment.. don't worry..

It could be a number of problems...you could have an ulcer, or a bit of a food allergy. Do you eat a lot of a certain type of food, such as dairy products or wheat products? You could be slightly lactose intolerant, or perhaps have wheat-related allergy that will cause your stomach to hurt or for you to feel nauseas. I would suggest seeing your doctor as soon as possible. You should not be losing weight if you're eating the same amount of food as you normally do. If you're eating less because you always feel sick after you eat, that will explain the loss of weight, but you should still go to your doctor and find a remedy for your pain.

When I was about 19, I got pains after I ate. I found out later I had an ulcer. That could be your problem. As for losing weight, I don't know.

GREEN APPLES help settle your stomach. Try eating one at the end of your meal. I swear it works for me!
