I have to answer these questions for an assignment.. any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Is it a problem that medical doctors so often choose not to pursue questions they have regarding diseases and treatments? Or is this just an unavoidable circumstance or being a busy professional whose time is highly valuable? How might a hospital or clinic make it easier for doctors to find the answers to questions that come up in the course of examining patients??

THANKS!!

I had my blood drawn today for the first time in years and was surprised by how thin it was. It looked like cherry kool-aid; as thin as water and a lightish red color. Is this normal?

For about a week/week and a half now everything I eat causes very bad cramps not half an hour later. It happens with bread lunches as well as hot dinners, a full plate or a simple sandwich and even soup. It's making work rather uncomfortable because I can't go to the loo straight away, the cramps (type 'bend over double it hurts a lot') even if I try and I can hardly excuse myself from class every ten minutes.
I don't have any other symptoms, no nausea, no headaches, I drink a fair bit of water and milk. For about a three weeks now I've changed from Citalopram to Redomex antidepressants, I hear they're first generation and heavy on the side effects, could this be it or is it a very strange stomach bug?

Are there a bunch of doctors sitting around playing on the internet waiting for our medical questions? I can understand general questions but a lot of the ones I've seen are questions best suited for a professional.

Is there anything I can do to have more energy. I'm usually boring and have no energy, how can I change this and just be energetic? Caffine doesn't really help.

For months now I have had a problem digesting food. I have gone to the only place I can afford medical care (county health department) and they don't seem to know what they are doing.
I have loose stools most of the time, I have bm 4-5 times a day, sometimes having to get up from the dinner table to go to the bathroom. A lot of times I have severe pain before the bm. When I have to go, sometimes it creeps up on me and I can hardly make it to the bathroom. I can't take it anymore. I have tried changing my diet and that hasn't worked. Anyone else with this problem? What might it be and what else can I do for it? And yet I keep gaining more and more weight.
I'm afraid I may die one day from this if it's serious. I'm unemployed and poor and for some stupid reason I don't qualify for state medical aid. What can I do?????
