I have a drug test in about a week and a half, i havn't smoked in about 4 days.. i heard drinking a lot of water, green tea, cranberry juice, and eating strwberrying will clear out my system fast, is this true?

- 3 years ago didnt make fresman football team
-took year off
-noticed i was able to eat a whole large pizza every week
-my loose t-shirts got tight skin tight every 2 months
-was sent home because my shirt was to small with my stomach hanging out but it fit me in the morning
-my friends poke my stomach and i see there finger dissappear into my soft stomach
-i cant wrestle over the weight limit now
-gained so much weight
-broke a seat in a pizzeria
- couldnt go on bumper boats with my friends because weight limit was 300
- what is happening to me

Assuming a Marlboro Ultra Light contains 0.4mg Tar and 0.4mg Nicotine, while Merit1 contains 0.1mg each. It means smoking 4 merits is equal to 1 ultra light...does that means that lightest cigarettes ar less harmful ?

how can i get off over poetry??? its strange. Im looking for poetry about preteen girls for an assignment in which i have to analyse poetry and other texts relating to a set societal group. I've got a pair of nearly brand new shoes (bought within the last three months) and the insoles that came with the shoes have been ripped out by wear. I bought replacement insoles for them, but I'm having trouble keeping them in place. I've tried super gluing them down inside of the shoe, but found out the hard way that the glue only soaks through to my finger tips. Does anyone have any tips to keep the replacement insoles from sliding around during wear?

I understand that letting it grow out is the only way to be 100% sure of a pass. My question is I haven't smoked pot for a few years and the other night I was in a small room with several people smoking, and I hit the weed bowl twice and coughed before I could hold it in, medicinal weed...very potent. I did get stoned but I didn't smoke a large amount. Is there a minimum amount that needs to be in the system to be detectable?

Should I just hold off until I'm sure or will I be okay?

I just asked this question but I left out some information When I went to the er,they ran a blood tests to check kidney,and liver function..All were normal..the blood in the urine at the hospial was very little they said not to worry about..Ok this might sound odd but i peed into a water bottle about 3-4 days ago..the urine was concentrated i didnt drink much that day..Anyways I had forgot about the bottle being in my bathroom behind the toliet..So today i see it,and when i look at the bottom there was something in there that had settled like little particles..I was an the day after day after this,and my urine showed minor trace of blood but they wrent concerned..i was checking urine for a 24 hr urine test,I used the bottle before I got a recpitacle from th the lab,they were out..
Weid quetion..
By the way i know urine after 4 hours goes bad bacteria can grow and so forth could that be it,or was it blood?

I'm about to take some medicine but mucos keeps coming out of my nose it always leaks. It doesn't gush out its like tears coming out of eyes you know how do i stop the leaking? cuz i dont wanna wake up with my pillow soaked in mucos yuuuck! um do i just keep a kleenex close by or what? someone help me out!!
